Why a matrix

Most talk is a line. One voice, one direction, one blind side — and the blind side is where it breaks.

Put the same thought in a room of four mirrors and it stops being a slogan. It becomes a shape you can walk around.

The four faces

The maker's face. What actually runs, what actually breaks — evidence before eloquence.

■ Is it true?

The honest face. Not what you hope the facts say — what they can be shown to say.

■ Who does it touch?

The human face. Every decision lands on someone. Name them before you decide.

■ What's missing?

The quiet face. The question nobody in the room asked — asked on purpose, every time.
